• 1 client-side point-of-contact, who will typically be the decision-maker/owner of these deliverables and may be (but is not required to be) the same person as the SME

• Work-for-hire rights, meaning after you pay for these deliverables, you are considered to be the author/publisher and may do anything with them that you like, with one express grant: After accounting for any restrictions on confidential information that may be in force, you grant me the right to refer to these deliverables in my portfolio.
